Hi, I’m Captain Dustin “Rock” Huber — a former U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer with over 20 years on the water and a lifetime of chasing fish up and down the East Coast.
That means I bring both the high-energy attitude and the safety-first mindset every great charter needs. I’ll always work hard to put you on fish, but just as importantly, I’ll make sure you have a good time doing it.
You’ll see some big catches on this site — but what really gets me fired up is taking families and first-timers out, showing them how fun and simple fishing can be.

Virginia Beach isn’t just a launch point — it’s a fish factory if you know where (and when) to go. From spring through fall, our waters light up with Spanish mackerel, bluefish, drum, cobia, and mahi — sometimes all on the same day.
We’ve got wrecks stacked with seabass and triggers, bait balls that’ll make your reel scream, and offshore hauls that’ll leave your arms sore for days. The Gulf Stream’s within striking distance, and the bite changes fast — but when it’s on, it’s on.
